Hey everyone!
I'm cooking my way through Gastón Acurio's Perú cook book. There are over 500 recipes in this cookbook and it's written in Spanish, I have quiet the trek ahead of me. I'll be journaling about my adventures along the way, and those adventures include when something doesn't turn out. You'll see the good, the bad and the ugly.
Every now and then I'll journal about food that I eat in and around Lima, and any festivals I visit as well.
